1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ninety ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Ninety is operated by SINNEXO PAX SRL, a Romania entity.

2. The Ninety Promise

Ninety is provided free of charge with:

  • No advertisements
  • No in-app purchases
  • No pay-to-win mechanics
  • No subscription requirements

Donations are voluntary and do not confer gameplay advantages.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Not share account credentials

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Gameplay Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, or exploits
  • Manipulate match results through unauthorized means
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
  • Share or distribute modified game files

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

5. Donations

Donations to Ninety are:

  • Voluntary and non-refundable
  • Not purchases of goods or services
  • Not tax-deductible (unless otherwise stated)
  • Processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal)

Donors receive no in-game advantages, exclusive content, or special status.

6. Intellectual Property

Ninety, including all content, code, and assets, is owned by SINNEXO PAX SRL. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the Game
  • Copy or distribute game assets
  • Create derivative works without permission
  • Use Ninety branding without authorization

User-generated content (fan art, videos) is permitted with attribution.

7. Third-Party Content

Ninety may include:

  • Licensed league and club data (subject to separate agreements)
  • Open-source software (subject to respective licenses)
  • Links to third-party websites (not under our control)

We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Ninety is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of your last donation (or €0 if none)

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months)
  • Legal requirements

Upon termination, your gameplay data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the Game evolves. Significant changes will be:

  • Posted in the Game
  • Announced on Discord
  • Emailed to registered users

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Romania.
